While Marybakes Gluten Free takes every care to ensure products are prepared and packaged to the highest standard, we are not liable for delivery delays, damage, or loss that occurs after dispatch, as delivery is managed by third-party couriers such as Royal Mail. Any delivery-related concerns should be raised directly with the courier.

Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.
